I filed two AP applications online in Dec. 15, 2007 for my wife and myself. It is in TSC. They received the supporting documents in Dec. 28 2007 (I mailed both together in one envelope). In Jan. 10, 2008, I received an email that my wife's AP has been approved. Today, Jan. 17, I received another email that my AP was approved as well.
Maybe this time we are just lucky (last time it took me 6 months to get the AP in VSC). But at least this is a real case for your reference. If you are still waiting for AP, be patient and good luck.
