Background:
Biomedicine, US Ph.D., 3 papers in English (2 first author), 10 papers in Chinese, a few citations for English papers, 3 conference
presentations, 3 memberships, 1 review for a Chinese journal, 8 reference letters (3 independent), a few awards.
My 140 was approved when I was in China. I have decided to use AP even if my case was pending. I am so happy for I can change my job in the near future. The postdoc life is intolerable.
However, we haven't got FP notice. I called USCIS today. They told me that the local office is busy and can not schedule it. I would like to know if there is other way to get FP appoitment.
