I got LC approved (after in BEC for 3 years) last year and I140 has been pending in Texas for 7 months. I called the 1-800 number to check the status, and the next day I got an email notification saying that an RFE has been sent out. What are typical RFEs for I140 through LC? I feel my attorney is so bad, because I got RFE during LC, and now again I140.
I appreciate any inputs.
