Finally I am going to change employer and will be working under EAD.
My current one expires early November, right about the same time the new job will start. I efiled EAD renewal early August, got a receive notice from TSC. I wonder if my EAD didn't get approved by early November, I am going to be staying home for a while until the new card get approved, will the short gap affecting my 485?
The expiration date of current card is about 92 days after received date. Thank god those days are weekdays. I guess I can go to the local office to ask them to expedite the process, can they provide me something so that I can work right away, or I have to wait for TSC to make a decision.
