Can I enter the states with B-1 visa to file I-485? CJCHIANG2010-09-01 04:07:07

I will file I-140 for NIW when I am outside the states. After I-140 is approved, if I don't have a job offer then, can I enter the stated with B-1 (visitor visa) to file I-485? Is there any negative impact with that?
