I485 approved on Oct. Did code 2 FP in Nov. 3 months passed, no any GC news. How should I do?
- mailed a letter to USCIS to ask why 2 month ago;
- called USCIS for a request one month ago;
No news!
Now:
Can I file I-90? I know if never received the card, you can file I-90. But:
Never received the card = the card has been mailed out you do not received.
How about I-485 aprroved but no card received so far? can I file the form I-90? Thanks
