Just got a USCIS letter asking me to submit a statement describing in detail my immigration history in the U.S. starting 60 days after my graduation date and the following year (my exact OPT time when i use my EAD card to work) and requires supporting documentation. Anybody was in the same boat as me? I already sent them the copy of my EAD (based on OPT). Should I send this again assuming they could not find it for some reason? I believe that's the only supporting document that will directly prove i was authorized to work. I appreciate all the suggestions. Thanks!
