Have a urgent question about the I-94.
My wife's aunt is visiting US and is leaving in 10 days, she lost the passport last week, and we got the travel document from Chinese embassy today, but how about the I-94? Does she need to apply for one? and can she apply in the airport?(I visit the uscis.gov, and it seems to take 30 days for the I-102).
