A few days ago, I got a letter from USCIS stating that my RFE was received and the center is processing my case. They will have a decision within 60 days if my 485 will be approved or denied.
The interesting thing is that according to USCIS conventions (I do not know if this is a law), when PD is not current, they should not approve any 485 cases. How should they know within 60 days my PD will be current? Is there anyone in the same boat?
