Filed my father's I485 on the year 2006, We had interview after few month. But they asked us to do the DNA test. We did and both the doctor's office and myself have mailed/faxed the result back to INS. After that we didn't receive anything from INS.
I mailed a letter to question them but didn't get any answer. So I called the INS few weeks ago. I recived a letter from them, the letter said: "... you case is being holding because we are still waiting your petition."
Do you know what's that mean?
