sorry for difficulty in inputting Chinese.

I entered USA with TN visa in 05/2006, and was issued an I-94 valid until 05/2007. But I applied I-485 in 09/2006 and used EAD card to work since then and have been staying USA. I have AP at hand, and I am going to China for vacation now. So I am wondering whether my out of date I-94 will give me any trouble in returning USA since I stayed over the date specified on the I-94? Should I return the out of date I-94 to the officer when returning?

No problem since you filed I-485 before I-94 expired
