Just want to know, after PERM is approved, is it okay that I submit my own 140 application +485 application for the family by myself? No problem in English, but do not have much legal knowledge. If I can do that by myself, any information on how to do, what to include, or any website to direct me to get more information?

Your PERM based I-140 must be filed by your sponsor employer. -
