PD early 2007; recieved AP and EAD; company is laying off lots of people in U.S.; has good oportunity in China - can I take it? what's impact to the GC process and how to minimize risk?
Also, a firend's company is interested in me to join their China office, willing to do U.S. immigration support -- would it work that I join them here, and they support me with legal assistance so I can stay on the "wait list"?
My wife and child are here as my dependent; if I take a job to spend most time in China, do they have to go with me to China? Wonder if they can stay here...?
