我刚到美国时是j-2,现在h-4,要转f-1, 我配偶以前是j-1,现h-1, 就我一个人申请f-1，问题：

我没回过国，j-2时工作过，但h-4 时没有，不知要不要填我工作经历？因为如果算last admitted 我应该工作过，但如果算last change of status, 我没工作。
还有我听担心要求我回国签f, 一般会不会有这种情况？要求寄原件i-20, f-1 批下后回把原件i-20 给我寄回来吗？
