my wife is holding a H1b visa working as research scientist (full-time) in surgery department of a hosptial of a university, can she serves as an part-time English-Chinese interpreter for guest service department of the same hospital? she has worked for 5 months as a part-time interpreter. This part-time job was approved by the chair of surgery department and the university since they think there is no interest conflict with her full-time research job. she just filed EB1b 1 month ago. is she legal to have this part-time job? Does she need apply another H1b? Does this influence her I-140 approval?
wait on line for your response!
thanks a lot.
