Question about AP and F1 请教abc2008-02-03 03:27:59

My case is I140 and I485 pending (I am principle appliant with F1, my spouse is H1),
I want to go to Canada for a meeting (May) before I graduate (September), I know that I have to use AP to re-enter, my questions are
1. Can I continue my F1 and work as RA untill graduate?

2. I can still try to apply OPT, right?

3. Can I apply H1 during 485 pending and after using AP/EAD ?

4. If I140 failed, is it ok to keep using H1 status?
