(1) For original house registration in Chinese, do I need to do translation for the VO when my daughter to interview? Can they read Chinese?
(2) My H-1B 1ill expire at the end of June and I will submit the Premium process for my H-1B extension, so when my daughter land in USA, the customer officer will put the new H-1B extension expire date on my daughter’s I-94, not the old one June 30th, 2008, is my understanding correct? Otherwise, my daughter needs to extend her status immediately.
(3) Do I need to send back my documents for my daughter’s visa application? I am also on H-1B now.
(4) On DS-156, Q26. how long do you need to stay in U.S., we will put the ‘extended time’ it should be two years. Is it correct?
(5) Q27: What is the purpose of your trip, I will put ‘reunited with my parents’.
(6) Q34: Names and relationships of persons traveling with you. I will put “mail by airplane service” or it is better put a friend’s name on there.
