Do you all have a official document said your I-485 cannot approved because of your NAME CHECK (not BACKGROUND CHECK) pending?
I went to Infopass today with MEMO but was told"who told you your NC pending at FBI, it is just your BACKGROUND CHECK pending( maybe anywhere at our agency)", I amreally confused by this XXX IO.
I Ifopassed N times, and told orally NC(most times, sometime security and background check).
