EB2 140/485 filed 06/2005 to VSC
485 transfered to TSC 03/2006
140 approved early 2006. Name Check for 485 cleared 10/2007
485 still pending
Married 06/2007 to a citizen. Should I cancel my EB2 485 and file another one based on spouse? Is it quicker to get citizenship based on marriage GC? I just read something on this board as after 2 year 9 months of temp GC approval, one can file for citizenship.
