I sent Form I-290 with some evidence today to VT and it should arrive there on Monday Feb. 11,2008. As PJ suggested I need to resubmit my H1B 7th year I-129 for extension of stay with PP, the online service of my case shows: denial letter sent.

my question (1) should I resubmit my Form I-129 of 7th extension of stay with PP until the online status shows: Appeal received, pending for review or whatever words to tell the case is pending there for final decision?

If I need to wait, (2) how long time will it take to update my online status after they get my Appeal Form I-290?

102 days has passed since the H1B expired date. if i don't need to wait until the info online to change, I will resubmit my new Form I-129 w/PP asap within next week.

(3) what the key points for my case should I pay special atttention to for filling the new I-129 with PP?

No employer changes, no any gap in the last 6 yrs. What else info. you need to know for answering my questions please don't hesitate to inform me. thanks.

If you chose MTR on I-290B,usually CIS will make decision
