Today I got LUD in both of my 140s. I got Eb1-A approved back in March 06. The NIW 140 got RFE and the lawyer said just leave it. So the NIW 140 was denied but the system did not updated and said any notice was sent.
My 485 (EB1-a) got REF 01/24/08 and the RFE recieved on 01/30/08. Today, both the 140 got LUD and the NIW 140 has an email sent to me said Nov. 16, 2006, they sent the Denial Notice to me.
What does this mean? Is it mean the IO took at look at my 140 along with the RFE before approving the 485?
Does the IO usually check the 140 before approving the 485?
Will the IO give the priority to the RFE? And how long does the IO usually take the approve the case after receiving the RFE? It is the TSC.
