The LUDs happened March 5, 6, 7 should be used for CIS collecting information and get the feedback to US Department of States. So the State Department did the statistics and release the VB today.
The LUDs happened March 10, 11, 12, 13 should the CIS adjusts the workload and priorities of all the processable cases according to the about-to-release VB since the State Departement should have notified the CIS about the VB way before the release this afternoon.
