Xiaobaitu, what's going on? iapcjj2008-02-11 17:43:30

I called TSC this morning and they said my NC still pending from FBI. I got the RFE 01/24/08 requesting all the I-20s and I returned the copies on 01/30/08. TSC now is saying my NC still pending. How can this be? I thought they send out the RFE after the NC is clear. My NC has been pending since July 06.

They don't have to wait the result from FBI since the MEMO
