I-140：July 2007 based on a labor substitution with the same company（PD: June 2004）
I-485：August 2007
RIR　Approval：July 2007　（ot enough time to file I-140　to meet the July deadline）
Second　I-140　based on June 2002　labor：　Jan.　2008。

Can I have my employer to file a second I-485 for me based on my June 2002 Labor? How to do it? I've received EAD/AP. If I can file the second I-485, will it have any negative impact on the EAD/AP or my application overall? Thanks.

I-485 should be filed by yourself,not by your employer
