Application of weiver Judou22004-07-03 22:48:03

Hi all,

Recently I was refused back to US after a meeting in Canada duo to my carelessness. I had a TN visa and forgot to extend it. The official of US let me apply for a weiver from INS. I would appreciate if somebody could answer my quetions 1). How difficulty my case may be and how long it may take with/out help from a lawyer.
