I read your article about submitting multi-I140 and multi-I458 to speed up the application process. You mentioned that one I140 application would not affect other ones, so one I140 was rejected, you can count for other I140s. But what about I458? If one I458 is rejected, would it affect the other I458? Please advise and thanks a lot.
I have an I140 approved by the previous employer, I want to file an I458, it's EB3. Now my new employer will be filing for my GC this March possibly. So should I still file and I458 based on my previous 140?
