My hu*****and and our kid are in China now, our kid went back to China with travel permit, as she was born in the US, now the travel permit will expire very very soon, does anybody have any idea what we can do? Could we apply for an extension for our kid in local office in China, so that our kid can stay in China for much longer? we don't have green card in the US, my hu*****end has a job in China, and I am going back soon.
I am not sure if I can apply a new travel permit for our kid in the US ? Anybody has any idea? Please help me, I am very anxious...
