Hi, any hi-hand could know?
When I entered US, my I-94 valid time was (Aug. 5, 2007), which was 7 months
shorter than what it showed on my H-1B approval notice (Dec 15, 2008) because of my
passport exipiration date was before this date. After I renewed my passport and extened
my new H-1B, the new H-1B was extended from Dec 15, 2008 instead of Aug. 5, 2007.
The new I-94 has the same# as old one. My question is the old I-94 expired, why old
I-94# stiil was extended?
