got a letter from USCIS showing name check not clear in middle of January, 2008
wrote letters to FL and Senator on 1/18/08
got response from Senator around 02/12/08
wrote a letter to USCIS mentioning New Memo on 02/15/08
got card ordered email on 02/21/08
