I'm going back to China and come back to States at the end of April. I need to have my H1B approved.
The situation is my current H1B is expiring February 09. My employer filed PERM in November 2007, but we have not heard anything yet other than an unfortunately RFE...
Anyway, is there any risk for my application of H1B to be rejected?
