我老婆给我申请了I-130（PR'S SPOUSE），GOT RECEIPT APR,2006。等排期到了才能申请I-485. 原本我的状态是F-1,上周FEB.20号，学校 terminated 了我的 record in SEVIS 而且不SUPPORT我REINSTATEMENT.
学校说我现在的情况可以有3个选择
A student that is out of status or has a terminated record in SEVIS has three options for transferring to a new school:
1。processing a reinstatement with the current school then transferring;
学校明确说了不支持
2。transferring the terminated record to the new school and then applying for reinstatement;
找了一个ESL的学校，但是他们不接受TERMINATED RECORD,让我找律师，如果律师帮我打这个REINSTATEMENT的CASE,他们可以ISSUE NEW I-20给我
3。and departing the United States with an initial admission I-20 from the new school, and reentering to begin a new F-1 status.
老婆给我申请了I-130,移民倾向，估计100%不能签F-1回来
在我咨询2。这个ESL学校的时候，里面的人说因为我有I-130的RECEIPT,我的CASE 就是PENDING的状态，所以我还是合法的，可以上学。但是据我所知，要受到I-485的RECEIPT我才是PENDING AOS的状态。可以申请EAD或者上学。
现在脑子很乱，请大家帮助。
