Sorry for the inconvenient! Since I chose CP for my last step and she won't go with me next Month to Taiwan (Due to the her study). Can I file I-824 for her now or later when I got my green card??? Also how long will her to get green card??? Thanks again & again!!!
If you use I-485,you have to wait until you getting I-485 approval,then you can file I-824 for her.
Another way is use I-824 to change your I-485 to CP, you can get an interview for your BOTH in Guangzhou consulate or AIT same day.

Thanks for the help last time for my CP process question!!! I called the AIT. They told me my interview time frame should be around March. Now I have a second question. Need your advise :-) I just got married in U.S. this January. My wife came from Mainland China. She is currently a studuent (F1-B Visa) I am from Taiwan origionally (H1-B). I saw many posts from you in Wenxuecity about "Follow to Join" case. Can I file "follow to join" for her??? As you know, if everything turns out okay, I should get "green card" by end of April. Can I file I-485/ I-824 for her now or I should wait after I get the green card on hand??? BTW since I don't want my case to be too complex, I will not bring her to Taiwan for the interview this time. About her case, should I find a lawyer to handle her case??? Thanks again!!!
