Hello, everyone,

My friend got her H1B visa stamp expired last year, although her H-1B approval notice (I-797) says her visa is going to expire in 2009. I have two questions:

1. Is it possible (and SAFE)for her to get her visa stamp in US embassy in Canada?

2. Can she visit Canada with her I-94 and the I-797 without obtaining a Canadian visa?
