I got my Canadian Permanent Residence approved in 2004, landed in Nov. 2004, but never moved and lived there since then. The maple card has an expiration date of Nov. 2009 on it. My question is, can I still go to Canada using my maple card, and live there permanently? Can I go from China or do I have to enter Canada from US by land?
