We called TSC on Feb 12 about the meo, the lady told us there is no visa number available, which was surprised us a lot, since We filed I-485 on Sep 2005 as Eb1b. She said it will come in March or April. Now we see that memo does not work well in TSC, maybe that lady was telling us the truth. The TSC site just does not have visa number this month, and we should wait until March or April.
