I filed WOM in Nov 28, 2007 and got an order to ask disclosure form. In Jan 11, I recieved FBI letter said my name check is cleared thank Ms. Bush's office help. When I replied the order, I also filed Amend to remove FBI from Defendants. At the same time, I called USCIS and went to local office through Infopass, they confirmed that my name check is done, but there is no visa available. My I-485 is associated with my NIW (aaproved), but I called CSC to relink my I-485 to my EB-1 that was approved when my I-485 was still in CSC and was told that they relinked my I-485 to my EB-1 and when my wife applied EAD, my EB-1 case is updated, so I assumed that they did. As many applications, my I-485 was transfered to NSC due to Name Check. During waiting for WOM, I went to a sentor's office to ask for help because the office helped me on my NIW and EB-1 applications. They sent a request to NSC. After a week, they called me back that my application is transfered back to CSC. I immediately called NSC and the stupid guy told me that my case is still in NSC and told me lots of words about the memo. When I asked him to confirm whether my case is still in NSC, he looked up a while and told me that my case is in transition to CSC. But he is not undersatnding why my case is transferred back to CSC where employed-based applications are not processed. I am reaaly lost. I got lots of information from here and there are many experts giving their valuable information. I like to know if somebody can give me some your suggestions on my application.
