Dear friends:
Now I am J-1 visa holder working in US as a medical science researcher. This visa have a condition for two years home country residence. I came from China, but when I got J-1 visa at Montreal, I am Canadian permanent resident.
Although I got No Objection Letter from China Embassy, the Department of States rejected this letter, they need a No Obejction letter from Canada Embassy for my waiver.
Does anybody have same expereicne to have the No Objection Letter from Canada Embassy ? Could you let me share your information?
Thank you very much! You can email me by jun_xing2001@yahoo.com or call me at 519-973-1630 at night.
regards,
Xing Jun
