My case info:
EB1 filed by spouse for the whole family with me and child as dependents
I 140 approved in Dec. 2004 with I485 current filing
NC pending since 11/2004 evidenced by FBI reply to Congressman
Hu*****and and child got the green cards in 5/2007 after our letter to First lady
Problem: My green card has NOT been approved by now.
Need your suggestion
1. Is my case subject to the magic MEMO?
2. My priority date is current?
3. What is my choice for the next step: Call, fax, mail, or sue?
