I am working in a comapny as TN Visa holder.My TN Visa will expire at the end of March.I have got EAD(I am not primary GC applicant).Now my company is willing to sponsor me to apply for H1-B(only documents,no money).My question is which following H1-B classification I am in ?

1. New employment (including new employer filing H-1B extension).
2. Continuation of previously approved employment without change with the
same employer.
3. Change in previously approved employment
4. New concurrent employment
5. Change of employer
6. Amended petition
