I recently got a 485 RFE asking why I work for employer in state A while I am in state B.
Here is my situation:
about 180 days after my 485 RD, my family moved to state B from state A since my spouse accepted a new job in state B.
I had an agreement with my employer to work remotely from state B. The agreement does say this is a permanent arrangement.
I assume I could use AC21. Is there anything I have to do in response to this RFE?
I am not sure whether I need to worry about filing a new Labor Certificate. Any suggestions or experiences?
