I sent the USCIS a request to transfer (re-link) my I-485 from I-140 NIW-based to EA-based. I called the USCIS using the customer service number 800 375 5283, and was told that they could not get the information and I could only get that by writing the service center an inquiry. Does anybody have a good idea about how to check if the request is updated? I am worried that even if I write this inquiry, they will just not give any reply. Thanks in advance!
