I received my 485 ref today. It said --"INTENT TO DENY", The reason is --they scheduled 2nd fingerprint for me on 05/17/2007 while I didn't go.
I never received that notice. I had been calling them a few times and went to INFOPASS two times to ask for 2nd fingerprint notice, the officer told me--I cannot give you 2nd finger print notice since your name check is not clear yet. And now, they said, they scheduled that on 05/17/2007.God knows what happened.
