I'm on my EAD now, as dependent of my wife. My H1b expired last year. I'm going do my second post-doc in another university.I started reapplication for H1b with my current employer two weeks ago, hoping I would apply for PR with my new employer, because my wife's application is EB3.
Later on, I found the department does not sponsor H1b application for staff. So I may have to use my EAD for this position. I wonder if my reapplication for H1b affect my EAD, meaning my EAD will be rejected at all?
