Just Called TSC using the POJ method 皮猫猫2008-03-10 15:22:03

I just called the TSC using the POJ method and was told:
1. my case is not assigned to an immigration officer yet,
2. I am still stuck at NC
3. asked to call back before April 30th if I have not heard anything

my questions:
Is this Apr 30th a standard deadline? I asked if my case could benefit from the memo she said may be. (She does not sound like an IO but a customer service rep, but I dare not to ask. I did hear "you are now connected to TSC" though.)
MY case: NIW, I140, Mar 22, 2004, approved on April 12, 2005
485 pending since Sept 24, 2004. Finger print twice
