Just called TSC wxc12212008-03-11 21:28:52

Without too much expectation, I just called TSC and a lady with a Southern accent received my call. After we exchanged a few words, she dismissed me citing that my 485 processing time is not current and asked me to check back in two to three months.

Here is my case info:
EB2 RIR
PD: June 2003
LC AD: March 2007 (after a few years in BEC and a few RFEs)
140 RD: June 2007; AD: Feb 2008
485 RD: June 2007 (concurrent filing with 140)

I have been in the States for 12 years now and have been really unlucky with this green card process. That's why I did not have too much expectaion when I called TSC because I don't beleive I will be lucky this time. But overall, I feel very lucky and blessed to get to where I am now.

I guess I will just have to wait this thing out.
