I filed both NIW and EB1a I-140 to TSC last July and the RDs are July 26th and 27th. I haven't heard anything yet about them and no LUD since the receive notice sent. I've heard lots of friends who filed last July has been approved. ANyone has similar condition? Thanks for sharing.
