I filed I-485 last June based on my approved EB1 I-140. I got my FP taken
last Sep and also get AP/EAD approved very fast. However, there is no more
update since the fingerprinting till now. I went to infopass once last month
and the office said the NC is cleared but the case is still not assigned to
an officer yet. Is there anyway I can push them to work faster? I am really
disappoint about it as I know there are a lot of people who filed in 2009
have been approved.
