急问：公司不管LP 的F1－>H4，只好DIY。看了pjiang大虾的I-539是万金油和精华区，还是有些问题，请各位大虾多多帮忙，谢谢了先！
情况：我H-1B去年10月生效，LP是以前是F2，后转为F1的学生，现在需要转H4。问两个问题：
1. 在I-539的Instruction的第7项(dependent of an H) This application must be submitted with:
A. Form I-129 filed for that employee or a copy of the filing receipt noting that the petition is pending with USCIS.
如果我的H-1b已经在去年approved，我怎么满足这个要求呢？是不是说我要给一个当时律师帮我file I-129的copy呢？
2. 在我LP递交了申请到还没有批准的时候，如果开学了，她是不是要选课以避免F1 Out of status呢？如果不选课，H4过后又被据的话，是不是就 Out of Status 了？
材料清单，请各位大虾给个review，看看缺什么，和什么是多余的：
1. Form I-539 for the dependent
2. Copy of Passport of both principal and dependent
3. Copy of the latest Visa of the dependent when entering US (F2 visa of my wife, although she is F1 now)
4. Copy of current I-94 Form of both principal and dependent
5. Copy of I-20 Form of the dependent
6. Copy of Marriage Certificate and Certified Translation of the Marriage Certificate (original is in Chinese)
7. Copy of the principal’s I-797A form (do I need submit the original one?)
8. Copy of the principal’s I-129 form (the form when applied H-1B for the principal).
9. Employment letter / Company supporting letter
10. Last two month paystubs and Bank Statement
11. Application Fee ($300)
