In US, a person who can not control his/her emotion is not considered politically and socially acceptable. And your mail will not be read at all if it has any mean words.
So I know we all not happy about having Indian taken all the remain allocations, but we should not express our angry, we should instead refer to the fact that this will "Encourage" the abuse of H1B from Indian companies, links below
