1. Recapture all the unused visa numbers in the long run. USCIS has agreed to recapture the unused visa numbers for the first quarter in 2008. This is very exciting news. However, we need to persuade them to continue this practice in the long run. This is important not only for EB2, but also for EB3. If we could persude them to recapture the unused visa numbers in the past, it would be even better.
2. Share 1/2 of the unused visa number. Both Chinese and Indian are stuck in the retrogression. It is only fair and reasonable for people from China and India to share the unused visa number.
3. Cut-off days move faster so that we could get GCs faster.
So, let's try our best and at the same time find anyone, such as Chinese lawyers, senators, congressmen, who could help us with this endeavor.
